Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier and Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Off The Hook Restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier station, dining area, and other areas of the restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
