We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mitchell Martin. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality MRI diagnostic images while providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality MRI diagnostic images
- Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience for patients
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
- Utilize principles, theories, practices, techniques, and methods of imaging procedures to produce high-quality images
- Assist patients onto the table and ensure their safety during procedures
- Respond to emergency situations in a calm and appropriate manner
- Registered with the ARRT
- At least 1 year of experience in MRI technology
- Familiarity with and ability to use equipment in assigned modality
- Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and biohazards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for 90% of patient interaction
