As a Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our dedicated team of caregivers. Your efforts will ensure that our staff is not only qualified but also compassionate, reflecting the care we provide to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a degree in Human Resources, preferred but not mandatory.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in Long-Term Care within a Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator role.
- Conduct bi-weekly payroll reviews and update personnel policies as necessary.
- Facilitate interviews for prospective staff members in collaboration with the recruiting team and department leaders.
- Monitor and enhance employee retention strategies.
- Develop and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, including call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Assist in evaluating annual performance reviews as required.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time schedule with a requirement for weekend duty rotation and on-call availability as needed.
