**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Team Member to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales by consistently providing world-class customer service, supporting our mission to be the most helpful hardware stores on the planet.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, providing customers with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Continuously work on increasing knowledge of products, their uses, and features to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Merchandise skills and abilities, recognizing and reporting merchandising issues, stock problems, pricing concerns, labeling, and signage issues.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Establishing relationships and working with customers, with a strong focus on building trust and loyalty.
  • Trade skills and a personality that supports our Core Values and mission are a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
