ETS Family Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in a brand new primary care practice in Fitzgerald, GA.

This Federally Qualified Health Clinic is a growing, rural healthcare facility that offers a unique opportunity for a physician to make a meaningful impact in the community.

  • Outpatient primary care only
  • Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
  • Brand new facility with state-of-the-art equipment
  • Sole provider at this location with a sister pediatric practice next door
  • Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) Eligible due to FQHC Status
  • Schedule is 8 to 5, Monday through Friday
  • Malpractice and Health insurance
