Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians in developing and implementing occupational therapy programs for patients with physical disabilities
Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Educate patients and their families on proper use of assistive devices and equipment
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Occupational Therapy license in the applicable state
Current CPR certification
Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience, preferably in an in-home care setting
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
