Precision Deburring Specialist

FurstStaffing is seeking a skilled Precision Deburring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Secondary Department, you will be responsible for deburring high-precision parts with attention to detail.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $17-$19.55 per hour, depending on the shift worked. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and prescription coverage, as well as paid vacation and personal time, life insurance, and 401K matching.

• Previous deburring experience is required, with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.
• You must have excellent vision, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity, with the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read and understand job traveler work instructions regarding deburring and utilize various methods to remove burrs from gears.
• Must be able to accurately count parts, input time per job, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
