Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at Cinter Career.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide accounting operation support to clients based on their instructions.
  2. Offer SAP S/4 HANA operation support to clients based on provided manuals.
  3. Create and manage accounting operation-related documents and manuals.
  4. Understand and follow client requests and instructions.
Essential Functions:
  1. Provide support services at designated service operation times, as instructed by clients and/or company management.
  2. Be available at client operation sites before service operation times start.
  3. Adhere to client and/or company management instructions regarding attire.
  4. Maintain proactive communication with clients and company management.
  5. Understand requirements and instructions from company management and provide services accordingly, including BYOD.
  6. Read and comprehend company-provided documents and training materials.
  7. Submit required reports, attend meetings, and complete training courses as requested.
  8. Mentor and train new team members as necessary.
  9. Follow team manager's instructions to operate the IT operation support team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Display a flexible mindset and a challenging personality in response to sudden changes in requests, workflows, rules, responsibility ranges, and environments.
  2. Demonstrate toughness and strong motivation to complete heavy workloads.
  3. Exhibit strong motivation to achieve goals.
  4. Display strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.
  5. Possess 1-2 years of experience in ERP or accounting system operation support (S/4 HANA preferred).
  6. Have 2-3 years of experience in user operation support.
  7. Have 2-3 years of experience in accounting operation support.
Skills:
  1. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. ERP or accounting system operation support knowledge (S/4 HANA preferred)
  3. Basic accounting knowledge
  4. English as required / Japanese as preferable
Work Environment:

Clients' Office Sites

Physical Demands:

Hold and carry items weighing up to 20lbs while walking.

Travel:

Domestic and international business travel may be required, including work after business hours and on weekends and national holidays if necessary.
