About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at CRU LLC in Pembroke Pines, FL. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our business users, resolving complex issues, and promoting our IT services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop/network/server IT support, hardware, software, firewalls, routers, and CAT5e cabling. Proficiency in Windows Server 2012 and above, Exchange 2012 and higher, Office 365 Apps, Active Directory Configuration and Maintenance, and other relevant skills is required.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field, knowledge of current supported software and technologies, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to communicate technical jargon to non-technical people, lead clients through the discovery phase, and display excellent customer service is also crucial.

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid mileage, a 401K & IRA plan, and full-time employment with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to business users, resolving complex issues and promoting IT services
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2012 and above, Exchange 2012 and higher, Office 365 Apps, and other relevant systems
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and other network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues, including malware/virus/spyware removal
  • Perform OS reloads, including backup of user data and recovery
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the field
