Job Summary

Next Level Urgent Care LLC is seeking a highly skilled Physician, MD/DO to join our team. As a primary and episodic care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical professionals, and maintaining patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and episodic care to patients, following established standards and protocols.
  • Function as a leading member of the clinical team, ensuring efficient patient visit experiences and adherence to company protocols.
  • Perform complete physical exams, assessments, and diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Interpret data and diagnostic results to inform treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medication and explain proper use to patients.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Exercise tact and diplomacy in sensitive patient situations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and patients.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Valid Texas Medical License.
  • Outstanding knowledge of medications, side effects, and contraindications.
  • Excellent patient management and communication skills.
  • Clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or ambulatory clinic settings preferred.
  • BLS certification and unrestricted DEA license.
  • Board Certified and DOT certified within 2 months of hire.
Environmental and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Cognitive skills for math, reading, filing, and sterile technique.
  • Communication skills for effective interaction with employees, patients, and families.
  • Physical ability for long-term standing, occasional sitting, and frequent walking.
  • Exposure to blood and body fluids, contact with chemicals, lifting of 30-40 pounds, and exposure to infectious disease.
