ProLocums is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care in a fully staffed emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care to patients, including triage, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and protocols.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (BC)

• Proficiency in Epic EMR system

Work Schedule:

• 36 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per week

• 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour overlap for transition

Emergency Department Details:

• Sees between 72-80 patients per day

• Fully staffed nursing team

• Availability of ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Cath Lab, and Tele Stroke services

• ICU and pediatric Abs unit on site
