About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Ridepanda Careers and contribute to the maintenance and service of our e-scooters, pedal bikes, and e-bikes. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about mechanics and want to expand their career horizons.

• Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of e-scooters, pedal bikes, and e-bikes, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
  
• Perform a wide range of repairs, from routine maintenance tasks to complex electronic component replacements, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety, while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  
• Follow established safety protocols and best practices to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our vehicles.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers in selecting the right vehicle, explaining its operation, and onboarding new customers onto our platforms.
  
• Hold a valid driver's license and be able to operate cargo vans and/or box trucks safely and efficiently.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic in the bike retail industry, with a strong understanding of bike mechanics and repair techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team, as well as document issues clearly and concisely.
  
• A motivated and energetic individual who is not afraid to take on new challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
  
• A strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict maintenance procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts, tools, and technologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
