Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate medical and nursing regimens
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Level Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current and unobstructed New York State Registered Nurse (NY Hospitals) or Connecticut Registered Nurse License (CT Hospitals)
- Preferred: American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification
