About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Kroger. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws.
  • Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgment.
  • Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
  • Count, measure and prepare specified product using company best practices.
  • Maintain departmental standards including keeping clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy clerk.
  • Any previous comparable experience.
  • EPRN familiarity.
