Sales Manager Job Description

Pavion Corp is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align with front-line sellers to support customer relationships and secure business.
  • Meet or exceed secured order volume for business units in scope.
  • Manage pipeline creation through new logo capture and drive Pavion account management process for top accounts.
  • Drive sales performance of sellers by leveraging sales enablement tools and lead campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellers.
  • Knowledge of NYC and Long Island Fire Codes.
  • Ability to attract and retain top sales talent.
  • Track record of growth and business performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business.
  • NICENT Certification opportunities.
  • Business acumen to stay ahead of revenue needs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to work at a computer/keyboard.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation:

$140,000 - $175,000.
