Position Overview:

Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services within an educational environment. This role involves working with students across various grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th Grade, to support their communication needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students experiencing communication challenges and language delays.
  • Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to create tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance students' communication abilities.
  • Keep precise and current records of student progress, therapy sessions, and related documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent discussions, and ongoing professional development as necessary.
  • Follow ethical and professional guidelines established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
