Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to influence local, state, and federal policy decisions that impact Clinica Romero and its patients.
- Serve as a liaison with elected officials, government agencies, and community partners to promote the interests of Clinica Romero and its patients.
- Analyze public policy proposals and draft legislative language to advocate for policies that support the mission and vision of Clinica Romero.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement grassroots advocacy campaigns and coalitions.
- Represent Clinica Romero on various committees and task forces to promote the interests of the organization and its patients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of five years of experience in public policy, advocacy, or a related field.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
- Minimum of five (5) years in public policy, advocacy experience at the national, state, and local level on issues related to health, immigration, and workforce development.
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
