Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and empowering individual plumbers and apprentices, while communicating effectively with project superintendents and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation teams on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with project superintendents to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in plumbing installation, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
