Key Responsibilities- Lead installation teams on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project superintendents to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and maintain project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in plumbing installation, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
