Plumbing Foreman Job Summary

The Plumbing Foreman is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and empowering individual plumbers and apprentices on multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to oversee quality and assist in forecasting manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation teams on multiple projects
  • Communicate effectively with project superintendents and other stakeholders
  • Oversee quality control and ensure projects are completed to a high standard
  • Assist in forecasting manpower and materials
  • Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of plumbing installation experience
  • Ability to perform in a leadership role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to travel
