**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Office Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office and assist in purchasing and logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in preparing purchasing orders, invoices, shipping documentation, and other related tasks.
  • Track and monitor order status from initial order to delivery.
  • Assist in sourcing needed materials and parts by the technical department.
  • Liaise with local suppliers on parts ordering.
  • Liaise with delivery and accounts for incoming/outgoing payments and collection/delivery of materials.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Able to travel to support business operations.
