Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C4ISR Engineer/Analyst to support and manage the developmental test and evaluation of C4ISR and information systems software acquisition programs for our Government Customer. As a Senior C4ISR Engineer/Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and supporting the development of cutting-edge technology and engineering capabilities to facilitate modernization efforts and support DoD joint warfighting efforts. A Week in the Life of a Senior C4ISR Engineer/Analyst

As a Senior C4ISR Engineer/Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support of C4ISR and information systems software acquisition programs.
  • Providing DT&E Assessments to Milestone Decision Authorities, Services, and Program Executive Officers.
  • Reviewing and assessing Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), System Engineering Plans (SEPs), Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADMs), Acquisition Baselines and Strategies, and other milestone decision documents.
  • Observing and assessing the adequacy of DT&E testing conducted on DoD major and software acquisition pathway programs.
  • Evaluating test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews.
  • Providing working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) DT&E and systems engineering support, including Agile and DevSecOps software development approaches. Supporting Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRAs).
  • Developing papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior OSD decision makers.
  • Assessing and providing recommendations on DT&E policy.


Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A B.S. degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, or analytical discipline.
  • At least 20 years' demonstrating engineering/analyst required skills.
  • At least 10 years' experience working with large DoD programs.
  • Current Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility.
  • Experience working with large DoD or IC acquisition programs.
  • AI Competency.
  • At least 5 years' experience with test and evaluation on Defense programs.
  • Expertise working with DEVSECOPS and AGILE software development methodologies.
