Job Summary

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Respiratory Services Department, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures. Your expertise in patient assessment and therapeutic procedures will be essential in implementing appropriate modalities and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessment and conduct prescribed therapeutic procedures
  • Implement appropriate modalities and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the Respiratory Services Department
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment
  • AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion
  • Preferred qualifications include ACLS, PALS, or NPS
