Customer Service Specialist

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management and resolution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to provide accurate solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our case management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Automotive associate degree or automotive/heavy duty diesel repair experience a plus.
