About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients that align with our services
  • Makes 50-100 outbound sales calls and sends emails per day to prospective clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Manage and update the CRM database, including scheduled calls, client records, notes, and appointments
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
  • Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets set by management
  • Send information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate
Requirements
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred but not necessary
  • 1-2 years B2B outbound call center experience or equivalent prospecting and/or cold calling experience desirable
  • Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method and sales process
  • Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Prior experience using CRM systems
