**Job Description:**

We are looking for a seasoned Teller Team Lead to join our team at PNC Bank Corp. As a Teller Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and financial solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.

You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding results. You will also have a deep understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of tellers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Coach and mentor tellers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

**Requirements:**

* 4+ years of experience in a similar role or industry

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

* Deep understanding of financial products and services

* Ability to motivate and inspire team members
