About the Job

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, coach, and train enterprise Scrum teams to effectively follow the Scrum framework and enterprise best practices.
  • Ensure that Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to and applied consistently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile principles and practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, product development, or PMO.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is desirable.
