The Cybersecurity Threat Assessment Lead plays a crucial role in engaging with first-line risk and audit partners within the Cyber Threat Defense team. This position involves responding efficiently to inquiries from Cyber Threat Defense, preparing documentation for audits and regulatory assessments, and facilitating proactive discussions with risk partners. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts across various domains of Cyber Threat Defense, including threat intelligence, network security, malware protection, and intrusion prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead regular interactions with risk analysts and executives on behalf of the Cyber Threat Defense team.
  • Facilitate discussions and debates among peers to address risk-related concerns.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from audit, risk, or regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with team members across Service Delivery to formulate responses.
  • Lead engagements with partners in information security to manage strategic initiatives.
  • Work with colleagues to deliver tailored reporting to first-line risk and audit partners.
  • Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies within the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity threat controls.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously to address issues and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable conveying information to a diverse audience with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate effectively with peers and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience collaborating with executives across the organization.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.

Work Schedule:

Standard business hours.
