Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with patients, staff, and the general public.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
  • Collect patient co-pays and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Retrieve medical records from outside providers and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of secretarial/office experience preferred.
