Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a genuine interest in food service and a desire to work with elderly and healthcare patients. Specific qualifications include:

  • Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to understand therapeutic and modified diet requirements.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting recipes for large-scale food production.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to applying them consistently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
