About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Shema Kolainu - Hear Our Voices. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with children in our home-based program in Queens, providing individualized speech and language therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Professional Speech Language Pathologist Degree
  • Current NYS Licensure
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental delays
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practice
  • Experience with NYC DOH Early Intervention Program
