Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 annually plus performance incentives

  • Enhance Direct Response Marketing initiatives to establish leadership within the Atlanta Metro area and throughout Georgia.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target demographics and gain insights into the legal landscape relevant to our practice areas.
  • Create a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our intended audience.
  • Oversee daily marketing operations and business development activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a results-driven marketing team.
  • Guide attorneys and paralegals in effective business acquisition techniques.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital (SEO, PPC, social media), content marketing, traditional media (print, radio), and community outreach.
  • Manage and regularly update marketing performance dashboards.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Provide bi-weekly updates to the Firm's CEO.
  • Engage as a member of the Firm's Leadership Team and participate in regular meetings with the CEO.

Lead Generation System Management:

  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of a lead generation system that captures qualified prospects through various channels.
  • Analyze lead generation systems and provide actionable insights to the Firm's leadership.
  • Develop nurturing campaigns aimed at converting leads into clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to client acquisition.

Public Relations and Communications Leadership:

  • Craft and implement a public relations strategy to elevate the firm's reputation and visibility.
  • Secure media coverage for the firm's attorneys in local and regional outlets.
  • Oversee the firm's online presence, including website management and social media strategies.
  • Manage communication strategies for the Firm's charitable organization.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and other communication materials.

Marketing and Business Development Integration:

  • Manage marketing initiatives at the forefront of the sales process.
  • Establish broad awareness of the Firm among clients and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement a successful lead conversion strategy.

Client Intake Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the client intake team, setting performance objectives and sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and client conversion rates, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between marketing and client intake teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics in partnership with the Firm's leadership.

Staying Current with Marketing Trends:

  • Continuously research and adopt new marketing technologies and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay informed on the latest trends in legal marketing.

Budget Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in implementing the skills and achieving the results outlined in this description.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development within a law firm or related field, with a proven record of contributing to growth.

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, social media) and content marketing strategies.
