Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all aspects of maintenance and engineering services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise maintenance activities, including MEP, Carpentry, Painting, and General Maintenance, to ensure effective execution of department strategies and initiatives.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Oversee project planning, contractor management, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting and capital planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal return on investment.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence, fostering a work environment where every team member is empowered to achieve a safe and incident-free workplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a great employee work environment, inspiring teamwork and partnership at all levels.
  • Manage labor costs, supply costs, and inventories to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support the effective implementation of the comprehensive Safety Plan, driving full compliance with all safety rules, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Conduct operational audits to ensure high levels of execution and compliance, driving operational efficiencies and labor/scheduling productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance trades, including MEP, Carpentry, Painting, and General Maintenance.
  • Regulatory compliance expertise, with a focus on Fire & Life Safety and Joint Commission standards.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • HVAC experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
