As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to our esteemed Private Wealth clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, which includes the initiation and facilitation of account funding and accurate cost basis entry.
- Address general account inquiries and maintenance requests, encompassing transactions, holdings, balances, charitable contributions, address modifications, and tax reporting questions.
- Ensure the precise management of daily client transactions and inquiries, adhering to established deadlines and compliance with existing policies and procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive materials for client and prospect presentations, meetings, and reviews.
- Engage in additional tasks as directed by Relationship Managers.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
