Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the communication abilities of students within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Create and execute personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support.
  • Track and report on student progress regularly.
  • Engage in meetings related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with school-aged children is highly valued.
