Job Overview

Position: Educational Speech Therapist

We are seeking a committed and skilled Educational Speech Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about enhancing the communication abilities of students and making a meaningful impact in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Create and execute personalized therapy plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support.
  • Track and report on student progress.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Experience with school-aged children is highly valued.
