  • Introductory Loan Functions: Assist members with introductory loan functions, including keying loan applications and discussing general rate and term information.
  • ATM and ITM Support: Assist with balancing, posting, troubleshooting, and auditing of ATMs, ITMs, and cash recyclers.
  • Payroll Processing: Maintain knowledge of the payroll process for direct deposit and payroll deductions.
  • Problem-Solving: Independently locate and utilize available resources to resolve common member issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math and computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
