About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Courtesy Tech. As a key member of our Jiffy Lube team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and escort them to the lounge
  • Drive vehicles into the bay and check dashboard and exterior lights
  • Perform courtesies, including vacuuming interior and cleaning exterior windows
  • Check and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer's recommendations
  • Perform tire rotations and visual inspections of brake pads and related parts
