Overview

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including:

  • A competitive estimated weekly salary of $1,875 based on 36 hours per week and 12 hour shifts

This is in addition to full coverage of all credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and unlimited referral bonuses starting at $500.

About the Job

As a Respiratory Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. You will provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures, participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans, assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines, and maintain and promote good customer relations.

You will also provide instruction to patients and other caretakers in the methods and objectives of therapy, prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required
  • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
