Key Responsibilities- Lead project engagements to define scope, gather requirements, and develop project plans.
- Identify and coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to complete initial sizing and define project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
- Execute change requests and manage project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Act as the single point of contact for issues and escalations throughout the project.
- Conduct project close activities to confirm deliverables were achieved.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of direct project management experience.
- 8+ years of experience successfully managing multiple, complex projects at one time.
- Experience working on Data Center planning and integration projects, End User Computing projects, and network integration projects.
- Proficiency in MS office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Asana and Jira.
- Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. SHI International Corp. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
