We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide life skills instruction and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and events
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-esteem
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Utah ID or driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
