Job Overview:
Crystal Cruises is a leading luxury cruise line seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share among a key group of travel agency accounts.

About You:
  • You have a passion for sales, account management, and business development in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with travel agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans for territory management and business development.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with previous experience in sales, account management, or business development in the travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share among a key group of travel agency accounts.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to facilitate transactions, support and/or coordinate events aimed at enhancing sales and relationships.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and current information on travel agency partners, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
