Job Summary

Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Water Park Safety Specialist to join our team at Splash Indoor Water Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zone Coverage and Guest Safety: Assume responsibility for designated areas of the water park, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at all times.
  • Aquatics Operations: Maintain a general knowledge of the entire water park operation, including rules and regulations, to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a safe environment.
  • Incident Reporting and Response: Promptly report any incidents, safety concerns, or guest issues to the Aquatics Leadership Team, prioritizing guest safety above all else.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Stay informed and confident in handling missing child alerts, emergency plans, and safety procedures to ensure a swift and effective response in critical situations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the water park, including front and back-of-house areas, to provide a positive guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Certifications and Training: Maintain current certifications through regular in-service trainings and adhere to Jeff Ellis and Associates screening requirements.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work on all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with minimal requests for extended periods of time off.
  • Physical Demands: Possess the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull while performing job tasks, and lift 50lbs or greater.
  • Swimming and Rescue Skills: Swim a minimum of 50 yards using breaststroke or crawl methods and retrieve a 10lbs brick from the deepest body of water.
