We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at Crescent Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate quality standards
- Perform audits and root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Collect and process damaged product, submit OS&D forms, and scrap list parts as required
- Receive and replenish inventory, perform post-production reconciliations, and pull, audit, and return excess stock product
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality manual, maintain journals and daily summary logs, and complete operational paperwork validations
- Responsible for label inventory and creating labels per customer specifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Warehouse and inventory experience
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift cases of product weighing up to 30lbs
- Basic math and reading skills, communication skills, motivation, and ability to manage time effectively
- Dependability, work quality, interpersonal and service support, and principled conduct
- Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
- FLO certified
- Word processing, database, and spreadsheet knowledge
- Detail-oriented and flexible with potential overtime
We offer a competitive salary range of $19.50-$19.50 USD and a dynamic work environment that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
