Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
  • Alternatively, 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Lines coverages and policies applicable in the relevant states.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations, gather pertinent information, and analyze coverage options.
  • Recognize the significance of accurate data capture.
  • Possess a mindset geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit a positive, professional demeanor with a focus on quality service.
  • Capability to perform under pressure, manage conflicts, and handle a demanding workload.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Understanding of Central Mutual Insurance Company's policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with assigned agents, including occasional overnight trips.
