We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- A valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
