Compensation: $60 - $70 / hr. W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, coding, and troubleshooting applications using various programming languages.
  • Conducting software analysis, code assessments, requirements gathering, software reviews, and risk evaluations.
  • Engaging in Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
  • Performing software modeling and simulation tasks.
  • Designing user-friendly front-end graphical interfaces.
  • Executing software testing and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Optimizing performance, enhancing usability, and automating processes.
  • Providing support, maintenance, and documentation for software functionalities.
  • Integrating new software with existing systems.

  • Possessing an undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in MDM development utilizing Java extension classes.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in IBM MDM.
  • 3-5 years of Java Spring development experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SQL and relational database development.

Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; alternative employment options may be available that could result in compensation outside of this range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical (with a choice of three plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, and other voluntary benefits such as life and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
