Job Summary:
This role involves providing architectural and development leadership to Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (DQ) teams, focusing on delivering multi-domain data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the first phase of customer master MDM solution to ensure accurate, reliable, and consistent data.
- Lead the architecture and solution strategy to implement and maintain data quality across various systems and databases.
- Collaborate with System Implementation partners, Security teams, data steward community, ERP, and other system owners to build a robust MDM solution.
- Develop technical frameworks for detective and proactive data quality expectations, including standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Implement proactive data quality monitoring processes to identify and address data issues in real-time.
Requirements:
- Experience with Informatica IDMC for Data quality and MDM.
- Hands-on experience implementing Customer, Product, and other data domains.
- Experience building scalable architectures and solutions.
- Ability to lead a mixed team of internal and external data professionals in a highly matrixed environment.
- History analyzing large datasets with knowledge in Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.

- Excellent leadership capabilities to navigate uncertainties and assertively take decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment and influence deliverables.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working across multiple functions and with global resources.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors with at least 15 years of Data Quality, Governance, and Management experience.
