Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans and equipment
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and available support resources
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Respiratory Therapist licensure from the Florida Board of Respiratory Care
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
