Job Description:
As a Solar Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions as the primary product and other complementary products to residential and commercial clients. This is a 100% commission-based position, offering the freedom to control your earnings and set your own profit margins. We utilize a red line pricing structure, where SUN-I Solar Energy sets a base price for products, and any amount sold above that base is yours to determine.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out new leads and build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Present solar energy solutions and other products to residential and commercial clients, tailoring your sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and other solutions offered by SUN-I Solar Energy, ensuring they make informed decisions about their energy needs.
Close sales and handle customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and the solar energy market to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, roofing, HVAC, or similar industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance, driven by the potential for unlimited earning opportunities.
Knowledge of the solar energy market and related products is a plus, but not required (training can be provided).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation:
100% commission-based: You will earn a commission on all sales made above the red line price. The more you sell, the more you earn.
No base salary or benefits are offered for this position.
