Job Title: Nonprofit Tax Manager

Kforce's client, a highly successful CPA firm located in the Boston area, is seeking a skilled Nonprofit Tax Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and enjoy additional flexibility during the summer months.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with tax exempt laws and regulations.
  • Provide innovative tax planning, research, and review of complex non-profit tax issues.
  • Manage all aspects of client's tax implications, requirements, and overall relationship.
  • Provide a high standard of client service.
  • Lead junior staff to achieve deadlines and maintain project utilization.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
  • Ability to plan, supervise and complete tax engagements.
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent engagements.
  • Strong commitment to high-level of client service.
  • Self-starter personality with exceptional integrity.
  • CPA/MST preferred.
